Our Specializations
Pipe Work
Supply,Fabrication and Installation of Stainless Steel Pipework Systems ranging from 6mm to 1600mm diameter in Grades 304, 316 and Electro-polished. Pipework thicknesses range from tubing to Schedule 80. Assembly systems are fully welded, flanged, screwed, compression fittings or Victaulic coupling. Pipework is welded in accordance with BS EN 287 and ASME IX. Pipework 50mm is site run.
Orbital Welding
Orbital welding being carried out under Cleanroom class 100 and class 1000 protocol using AMI 207 welding plant. All our orbital welders are fully trained and certified by 3rd party i.e. AMI and Orbitech. Post 3rd party certification Orbital welders are required to carry out a 6-month in house training program before carrying out site installations. All welding equipment are inspected and calibrated on a yearly basis.
Structural Steel work
Design,Supply, Fabrication, Galvanising and Installation of Steel Support Bridge spanning across access road. Bolta also carry out Pipework Support structures, pipe racks and standard pipework supports similar to above. All are pre-fabricated in Bolta workshop facility and galvanised prior to being shipped to site for installation. Finish on Bridges and Pipework supports can be either steel, shot blast, primed and painted or Galvanised to either 80µm (standard) or 140µm for Water and Waste Water Plants. Bolta Engineering also carry out a full range of Stainless Steel Pipework Supports in both Grade 304 and 316 grades.
Vessel and Steel Fabrication Work
Design, Supply, Fabrication, Paining and Installation of Steel Overflow Troughs for Water Treatment Plant. Troughs are pre-fabricated in our workshop facility and Painted prior to being shipped to site for installation. Finish on Troughs can be either steel, shot blast, primed and Epoxy painted or Galvanised to either 80µm (standard) or 140µm for Water and Waste Water Plants. Bolta have also previously fabricated and installed these in Stainless Steel Pipework in both Grade 304 and 316 grades.
Project Management
Bolta have also added a project management dimension to our list of services. As Principle Contractor we are responsible for; Appointing and Managing Sub-Contractors in Health and Safety, Quality, Timeline Installations and Client Budgets. Sub-Contractors must work to Bolta Procedures and Systems of works such as our Safe-T-Cert and ISO-9001.
