Pipe Work & Fabrication

Supply,Fabrication and Installation of Stainless Steel Pipework Systems ranging from 6mm to 1600mm diameter in Grades 304, 316 and Electro-polished. Pipework thicknesses range from tubing to Schedule 80. Assembly systems are fully welded, flanged, screwed, compression fittings or Victaulic coupling. Pipework is welded in accordance with BS EN 287 and ASME IX. Pipework 50mm is site run.

Supply,Fabrication and Installation of Carbon Steel Pipework Systems ranging from 15mm to 1000mm diameter. Pipework thicknesses range from Schedule 20 to Schedule 80.Assembly systems are fully welded, flanged, screwed, or Victaulic coupling.Pipework is welded in accordance with BS EN 287 and ASME IX. Pipework 50mm is site run. Finish of Pipework can be shot-blast, primed and painted or Fusion Bonded Epoxy Skotchkote 206N.

ORBITAL WELDING

At Bolta Engineering, we utilise advanced orbital welding technology to deliver high-purity joining solutions for the most sensitive industrial applications. This automated process ensures 100% repeatability, full penetration, and superior weld aesthetics required for pharmaceutical, dairy, and semiconductor piping systems.

Fusi Orbital Welding On High Purity Stainless Steel Pipe 1.pngPipework and fittings are prepared for welding using a Tube Lathe under a Nitrogen purge.Above welding is carried out using a AMI 9AF 500 weld head under Argon purge through a purifier arrangement. Bolta carry a full range of Fusion Orbital Weld heads to carry out a range from 6mm to 100mm complete with collets.

Above welding is carried out using AMI 9AF 227 welding plant complete with an AMI Model 15 wire fed weld head under Argon purge. Bolta carry a full range of Wire Fed Orbital Weld heads to carry out a range from 20mm to any standard pipe size.

VESSEL FABRICATION

Design, Supply, Fabrication, Paining and Installation of Steel Overflow Troughs for Water Treatment Plant. Troughs are pre-fabricated in Bolta workshop facility and Painted prior to being shipped to site for installation. Finish on Troughs can be either steel, shot blast, primed and Epoxy painted or Galvanised to either 80µm (standard) or 140µm for Water and Waste Water Plants. Bolta have also previously fabricated and installed these in Stainless Steel Pipework in both Grade 304 and 316

grades.

Design,Supply, Fabrication, Painting and Installation of Sulphuric Acid Storage Tank for Water Treatment Facility. Storage Tank is pre-fabricated in Bolta workshop facility and Painted prior to being shipped to site for installation. Finish on Tank is steel, shot blast, primed and Epoxy painted. Access Ladder is Mild Steel Galvanised to 140µm. Bolta have also previously fabricated and installed Holding Tanks in Stainless Steel Pipework in both Grade 304 and 316 grades.

DELIVERY

Project Management

Bolta have also added a project management dimension to our list of services. As Principle Contractor we are responsible for; Appointing and Managing Sub-Contractors in Health and Safety, Quality, Timeline Installations and Client Budgets. Sub-Contractors must work to Bolta Procedures and Systems of works such as our Safe-T-Cert and ISO-9001.

To carry out the Principle Contractor role, Bolta utilises in-house, Project Managers, Health and Safety Advisors, Quantity Surveyors, Site managers and Site Supervisors, tailor made to meet the client's needs.

We are currently providing this service numerous clients, who are blue-chip major international companies over a number of years. It is our intention to provide this service to our other existing and new clients in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
